Perfectly Fresh: Our chef, Nicola Gianera, and his Team are supremely committed to the culinary perfection of fish preparation - and with success: that’s why our restaurant has been awarded with the “Golden Fish” award. We get our fish fresh daily from an Engadiner fishmonger, who buys his fresh catch-of-the-day every morning at the large markets in Zurich and Milano.
