Cancellation
The room reservation is a lawful contract. Reservations may only be cancelled as an exception. The following cancellation conditions apply:
There is no charge for cancellation made up to 28 days in advance.
Cancellations up to 10 days before your date of arrival will be charged with max. 30% of the package price.
For later cancellation the entire cost of the holiday is payable. You cannot be reimbursed for late arrival or early departure.
There is no reimbursement for unattended meals or unused services!
We recommend that you purchase travel-cancellation insurance. At your request, the Hotel Albris can purchase it for you from the ELVIA insurance company. (4% of the hotel charges)
