Johann Friedrich Kochendörfer created this specialty way back in the 30’s, and today, over 70 years later it’s still well-known far beyond the Engadine region:

The Kochendörfer Engadine Torte. Naturally we won’t tell you the recipe for our sweet yet light work of art – but we will more than gladly serve you a piece of this extra-special indulgence: for instance as a crowning dessert – or with a cup of coffee.
