Our chef de cuisine, Andrea Berti, and his team devote themselves to the supreme discipline of perfectly preparing fish dishes. And they are successful: our restaurant has been awarded with the Golden Fish. We receive our fish daily from an Engadine fishmonger who selects his freshly caught products every morning at the wholesale markets in Zurich and Milano.
