… prepared in a pleasant though uncomplicated way. A heartfelt, personal service – this is the philosophy that we still follow in the fourth generation.
Our chef de cuisine, Claudio Della Pedrina, and his team devote themselves to the supreme discipline of perfectly preparing fish dishes. And they are successful: our restaurant has been awarded with the Golden Fish. We receive our fish daily from an Engadine fishmonger who selects his freshly caught products every morning at the wholesale markets in Zurich and Milano.

In our ‘Arvensaal’ we serve the half board menu for our house guests. However, if the booking status allows it, it is also open to external guests in the evening. Please note that our fish specialities, which are fillet at the table, are served exclusively in the a la carte restaurant..
