A house with a long tradition
We have been producing a wide variety of breads, baked goods, cakes, pralines and other sweet delicacies since 1896. Our house specialty is the Engadin cake!
Deliciously fresh to suit every taste
During the season, over 13 employees are devoted to the production of our fine Kochendörfer products. The mere variety is impressive: in the Pontresina shop, there is a choice of more than 40 different sorts of bread. Besides our speciality, the six-grain bread, you will find round Puschlav bread, malt bread, potato bread, and many more. All of them available fresh from the oven for you!
We are very proud of making our breads the traditional way, without any baking additives!
