Our chef, Claudio Della Pedrina, and his team have dedicated themselves to the culinary supreme discipline of perfect fish preparation. And with success: Our restaurant has already been awarded the golden fish Excellent. We source our fish daily from an Engadin fishmonger who selects his freshly caught goods every morning at the wholesale markets in Zurich and Milan.

In our ‘Arvensaal’ we serve the half board menu for our house guests. However, if the booking status allows it, it is also open to external guests in the evening. Please note that our fish specialities, which are fillet at the table, are served exclusively in the a la carte restaurant
