Hotel Albris Engadin Sommer
Hiking

The Engadin offers about 580 km of maintained hiking trails at an altitude between 1,750m and 3,303m, offering a multitude of possibilities for individual hiking and mountaineering tours, or for guided excursions.

Mountaineering in a unique panorama

You will be fascinated by our mountain world when mountaineering. For mountaineers, the Engadine is among the most beautiful areas in the entire Alpine region.
One of the highlights is no doubt the Bernina Group. The Piz Bernina, also called the King of Bernina, with an altitude of 4,049m, is the highest mountain of the eastern Alps. Climbing up this impressive mountain is the dream of every mountaineer.

Mountain Biking

Whether you seek rapid downhill runs or a pleasant excursion along the river Inn or to the idyllic side valleys, the Engadine is ideal for biking tours. A diversified network of more than 150 km of MTB circuits with different degrees of difficulty, offers exceptional biking.

Golf at its best

Golfing on three different courses in the Engadine while enjoying the incomparable alpine backdrop. Driving and putting on harmoniously laid out fairways and greens in an exclusive ambience, is a sheer delight for avid golfers.
The Samedan Golf Course (18 holes), surrounded by ponds and 700-year-old larches, is one of the oldest golf courses in Europe. However, the fairways in Zuoz (18 holes) only opened in 2002, and are characterized by their expansive and modern design. The nine-hole golf course at the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz appeals with its shorter distances and modeled terrain. Furthermore, there is a practice ground in Sils/Margna.

Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is a particularly gentle way to exercise the whole body, with almost the entire musculature being trained. What was established in Finland a long time ago has now developed into a trend sport in Central Europe. Nordic walking is ideal for beginners as well as those taking the sport up again, and for performance-orientated sportspersons. The magnificent landscape of Pontresina, the stunning setting of the Bernina Group, and the healthy mountain air offer ideal conditions for diversified and promising Nordic walking hikes and tours. Appropriate trails are available for beginners and for experienced Nordic walkers.
