Warm, personal service – that is our philosophy, which we are already living in the fourth generation. Our head chef, Claudio Della Pedrina, and his team are committed to the ultimate culinary discipline of perfect fish preparation.
We have been producing a wide variety of pastries, cakes, pralines and other sweet delicacies since 1896. Our house specialty is the Engadine cake!
